1. Can I cancel my order after it has already shipped?

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped. Unless approved by Management.

2. When can I expect Dillonades to ship my order?

DILLONADES Lemonade ships on Monday's & Tuesday's Only! Shipping starts from the day your order is processed NOT from the date you place the order.

3. Does Dillonades ships to Europe?

We DO NOT SHIP outside the USA, and orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

1. I realized I ordered the wrong flavor, can I return my order?

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped, unless package arrives damaged or lost during transit.
